A 16MW 4 storey data centre in the established IT hub that is Cyberjaya. Building structure is designed to resist earthquake excitations to MS EN1998-1:2015 (2017) from far-field seismic events subjecting the site to a low level of seismicity (0.05g or 5%g at bedrock for a 10% probability of exceedance in 50 years and corresponding to a return period of 475 years).
