Ampar Tenang, Sepang, Selangor, Malaysia

An 11-storey 630,000sqft reinforced concrete building consisting of 1 level of integrated basement car parking and 10 levels of university, office and library spaces as part of the 150 acre university development. Each floor has a height of 5m with some floors having reduced floor areas creating spaces with double volume heights. The columns are placed at 10.6m centres in each direction forming the structural grid around which the architectural spaces are formed. At the centre of each floor is a large atrium space increasing in diameter at each floor where feature structural slanted columns are placed at its perimeter.
