A 30-storey 132m-high post-tensioned (PT) concrete office tower inclusive of 5 levels of basement as part of an RM2bil. mega office development. The office tower floor structure consists of PT band beams spanning approximately 15m, thus offering a wide open-plan office space with an oval footprint. The lateral stability system consists of coupled concrete cores for a robust and laterally stiff office building tower designed to BS8110.
