A 37-storey post-tensioned (PT) concrete office tower inclusive of 5 levels of basement as part of an RM2bil. mega office development. The office tower floor structure consists of narrow PT beams spanning approximately 14m, thus offering a wide open-plan office space with a rectangular footprint. The lateral stability system consists of coupled concrete cores with the building designed to BS8110.
