A 60MW elevated data centre in the established industrial zone. The single-storey building is designed to be constructed in precast concrete consisting of prestressed hollow-core slabs, reinforced double-T slabs, precast prestressed concreted beam, precast concrete columns and walls, and steelwork for speed, efficiency, economy and safety in construction.

Critical to the delivery of the facility is the precast nature of the structural material, enabling off-site mobilisation and fabrication: - 

• Precast pretensioned spun pile foundations, facilitating clean and safe groundworks 
• Cantilever precast columns enabling independent, stable, unpropped construction 
• Precast prestressed hollow-core slabs spanning ~10m, precast reinforced double-T slabs spanning ~15m and precast prestressed beams spanning ~10m, enabling an almost column free rack layout 
• Steel beams, enabling a clean, safe, offsite fabricated and lifted into place owner supplied equipment (generator, power-train-units, IEC) support framework
