Southern Industrial & Logistics Clusters (SILC), Johor, Malaysia

A 47MW sprawling data centre in the established industrial zone. The single-storey buildings are designed to be constructed in precast concrete and steelwork for speed, efficiency, economy and safety in construction.

• Precast pretensioned spun pile foundations, facilitating clean and safe groundworks
• Cantilever precast columns enabling independent, stable, unpropped construction
• Precast prestressed hollow-core slabs and precast prestressed solid planks, enabling a clean, safe, offsite fabricated and lifted into place floor plate construction
• Steel trusses, enabling a clean, safe, offsite fabricated and lifted into place roof construction
• Steel beams, enabling a clean, safe, offsite fabricated and lifted into place owner supplied equipment (generator, power-train-units, IEC) support framework
