A 220-unit 2-storey garden homes, 2-storey clubhouse and associated ancillary buildings development in RC construction. The superstructure consists of RC one-way and two-way spanning slabs and RC beams with narrow concrete columns hidden within architectural partitions. The lateral stability system consists of concrete walls for a robust and laterally stiff residential building designed to BS8110.
