A 2 block 18-storey 70m-high 810,000sqft reinforced concrete building consisting of 4 levels of elevated car parking and 14 levels of condominium. The building superstructure consists of RC flat slabs and RC shear walls within the residential units offering a superior architectural product without any structural protrusions whatsoever. These shear walls are subsequently founded upon RC transfer beams which separate the residential floors from the car park floors beneath, transferring both the vertical and lateral load functional framing systems. The building contains lots of intricacies such as an extensive swimming pool, terraces, balconies, multi-purpose halls etc.
