MAVERICK UNITED consulting engineers is a Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia based independent engineering consultancy providing specialist structural, infrastructural and value engineering consultancy services for the built environment. The Maverick United Group of Companies consists of Maverick United Sdn Bhd (951321-X) and Maverick United Consulting Engineers Sdn Bhd (1172700-D). Maverick United Sdn Bhd was formally established in 2011.

 

Drawing from 47 years of combined practical experience of our 4 Principals, here at MAVERICK UNITED, we have been providing structural, infrastructural and value engineering consultancy for clients from a wide range of sectors from residential, infrastructure and health care to commercial sectors. We have an exceptional team of specialist structural engineers working on the design of super high-rise buildings with many years’ of experience.

 

Notably, through our advanced structural value engineering services on super high-rise buildings and bridges, we have managed to offer material savings to our clients with values ranging from RM7mil. to RM12mil. on multiple projects in Malaysia. We employ advanced structural optimisation algorithms with staged construction engineering analysis methods and automated (BIM-based) material costing techniques to deliver these value engineered designs.

 

From our office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, we have been delivering structural, infrastructural and value engineering designs for building projects located primarily in Malaysia and the United Kingdom, although we have also provided designs for projects in Australia, the UAE and the greater South East Asia.

 

MAVERICK UNITED‘s structural engineers are expert in the structural design and construction of all types of structures, from the individual buildings to mega developments to super high-rise towers. Our success in this field is underpinned by our ability to deliver efficient and economic structures. Tall slender structures have specific engineering demands and are subject to the forces of nature such as wind and earthquake forces. Other considerations include the actual physical site constraints, materials constraints, building functionality requirements, buildability, vertical transportation and M&E requirements. We work and interact closely with clients, architects, engineers and contractors using building information modelling (BIM) to achieve the collective vision for a project, delivering effective structural solutions.
